I can barely express how incredible this bottle was. Rich, deep flavors of dark fruit, pepper and raisin deepening to lush cherry and cassis, with just enough tannins and alcohol to balance and leave the flavor delicious and developing as the wine breathed. So good o considered swiping my friend's glass. Absolutely outstanding. Will find any way I can and purchase again. One of my top two favorite wines of all time. — 10 years ago

One of my all time favorite wines. Deep, dark, rich, inky color. A definite glass and tooth stainer, with rich, deep flavors of cherry, plum, and blackberry with a dark chocolate finish to match. Cherry, plum and bacon on the nose. Decadent. — 10 years ago

One of my favorite casual drinking wines. Excellent flavor, strong tannins, lots of blackberry, leather. Great with steaks or cigars. — 10 years ago

Beautiful deep color. Decent minerality, with light transparent flavors, nothing too forward on the palate. Slightly floral nose, with very light hints of apple, berry, and rose. Medium acidity with very little residual sweetness. Best served only very lightly chilled to best experience the very subtle flavors present. — 10 years ago
