Perfect deep garnet color. Fruit way too subdued for a 2019. Nose was flat. Jordan is a tried and true California cab. But this bottle was not a good showing for the $56 bucks at Costco. Just a nice red wine. Sorry — a year ago
Dang nice wine. Subdued on the nose. Pretty garnet color. Incredible full mouthfeel with loam leather a hint of raspberry but more like boysenberry or black raspberry. My vote is drink now or soon. Pairing with Copper River salmon wild rice and crispy salad. — 2 years ago
Inky purple. Subdued nose of black jammy fruits. Good structure with firm but forgiving tannins. Delicious Cabernet from a special Napa AVA -Oakville. Made to drink now with good steak as we are doing tonight — 5 days ago
Rich dark purple nearly opaque. Threw a lot of sediment which I like. Great dark fruits flint leather and supple tannins. Drink now or soon so the fruit doesn’t fade. Really enjoyed this wine. — a year ago
Bright garnet color with a hint of brick. Tar and ripe fruit on the nose. A bit of alcohol may be due to warm serving temperatures. A very affordable and approachable Barolo. Enjoyed with herbed roast chicken and root vegetables. Buy and drink soon. — a year ago
Inky purple nearly opaque in the glass. Subdued nose even after an hour opened. Rich voluminous expansive mouth feel. Supple tannins. Can’t wait to enjoy with butter basted ribeye! Drink@or hold — 2 years ago
Dang this is drinking well. Subdued fruity nose and rich purple color. Great balance with spice and tons of black fruit. Tempted to say hold but not too long so one can enjoy the fruits — a year ago
Inky opaque purple. Jammy dark fruit nose. Subdued alcohol. Delicious boysenberry and black raspberry. Supple tannins. Seeking a bit of spiciness but not present at first few gulps. Love this wine. Wish I had more than a couple. Low acidity suggests drink now or soon before fruit is gone. — a year ago
Dang, this high alcohol ripe fruit wine has really held up in the decade since bottling. The nose is subdued in terms of fruitiness compared to younger wines yet the layers of rich black fruit leather and spice come through as the wine opens up. Suggest opening and enjoying soon. — a year ago

This wine is testimony to great California Chardonnay that is also rare in style. No oak not malolactic fermentation. Hence the longevity. This 2011 is showing a bit of age with a deeper straw color than previous bottles from the same year. Still, only a hint of oxidation in the glass and on the nose. The pear and quince have evolved to a bit of caramel and butterscotch. Delicious to drink and I admit this might be the upper limit. I will drink remaining 2012 and 13’s in the next few months. — 18 hours ago
