If you don’t know about this little Oregon gem and you love Pinot, you should order some right now. This is delightful. Full-flavored but not cloying. Tannins present but a smooth finish. A fave right now. — 7 years ago
This a fave Pinot of mine. Great with braised pork and again with a grilled steak. But wonderful after dinner on its own! — 8 years ago
Rick makes beautiful Pinots and this is another winner. — 8 years ago
I first tasted El Lugar at Santa Barbara’s World of Pinot. It was delicious enough that I wanted to know more! Three years later, I find a bottle on the menu at Robin’s in Cambria...perfect with lamb skewers. Bonus:server told us about SLO tasting room! — 6 years ago
Chardonnay?!? Really? This sauv Blanc girl was happy with this grocery store close out bottle! Held well over a few nights - my drink while I cook wine! — 8 years ago
I’m not a traditional Chard girl so this was a pleasantly surprising gift. Held up in an open bottle quite well over 2 days. Would totally drink this again! — 8 years ago
A SB like none I’ve ever had before. Smooth and very food friendly. Enjoyed with cheese and charcuterie. Lovely. — 6 years ago
Excellent! Half price find at the local grocery store. So worth it! — 8 years ago
I rekindled my love for Sinskey wines because of the wide variety of whites (and pinks and orange) but the reds from this place are just incredible. This was a beautiful wine with sausage on a veggie base. And it was just as wonderful as a nightcap all by itself. — 8 years ago
