Outstanding from the bottle but started to lose some strength and precision with time and oxygen. Initially everything you'd want from great white burg: bold acid, structure, intense aromatics, and so much texture. — 9 years ago
Heavy and brooding but with a very lively acid hit. Over the time we drank it, it never seemed to fully open up so maybe splash decant for a bigger show — 9 years ago
This bottle killed it almost the whole way through a meal at TFL, fruit still bright and rich, lots of texture and complexity to make you think about life. Died a little bit toward the end as t warmed and saw oxygen but such a pleasure! — 9 years ago

Obviously much bigger than the arneis you would expect from Piedmont much riper fruit quality, more marzipan than bitter almond but still tasty and quenching — 9 years ago
Corked but the structure was there and it was a big boy — 9 years ago
Still young and taught. Spent an hour in the decanter and want fully fleshed out yet. Probably needs a couple more years in bottle before hitting the classic Rioja beauty — 9 years ago

Just outstanding. Holds its character even after being open for 24+ hours. Rich and structured drinking like a much younger wine and almost like an elegant, warm year Bordeaux — 9 years ago
