This blend is absolutely outstanding. Dominated by Shiraz and lifted by portion of Grenache, this blend offers medium and silky tannin, palate packed with dark fruit and finished with hint of strawberry. Superb value in the glass, only AUD $18.00 a bottle. Good on ya, Chateau Paul Mas! — 12 years ago

Great quality for its price tag, AUD $19.00. Nose: Full of capsicum, fresh herbs, hint of toast. Palate: crisp, lime, medium acidity, medium intensity, medium (-) body, delicate balance of alcohol and acidity. Very good example of Sauvignon Blanc from Sancere. — 12 years ago

Appearance: clear clarity, medium intensity, garnet. Nose: clean condition, medium intensity, aroma - cigar, black berry, fruitcake, stewed prune. Palate: dry, high acidity, medium (+) chalky tannin, flavour - dark cherry, chocolate, smoky, long finish. Conclusion, very good and approachable cab-sauv, great value for its price tag ($33), alcohol and flavour greatly integrated. — 12 years ago

Average Chardonnay from Cote D'or, Bourgogne. AUD $19.00. Really struggle to detect anything other than the signature nuttiness on the nose. Full-bodied, medium acidity, smooth creaminess, long length. Good wine yet lacking the complexity on the nose. — 12 years ago

Appearance: clear, pale, lemon; Nose: clean, medium intensity, capsicum, green beans, lime, smoke; Palate: dry, high acidity, medium-bodied, lime, powerful but smooth smokiness which creates medium (+) finish. Conclusion: good, great example of Pouilly Fume produced in Loire. Signature smokiness is not overpowering, yet integrates with the acidity and alcohol very well. One reason why it wasn't very good is the fact that it shows inferior existence of other flavours on the palate. — 12 years ago
