Needs time to breathe once open. Initial taste is a bit acidic fruit flavors that come through. Mellows out once it sits open for a while. Primary red fruit flavors of strawberrry and cherry. Not a long lasting taste and pretty one dimensional. Likely better chilled — a year ago
