It's rounded out and smooth but could benefit from more time in the bottle to further develop the medium to full body. First nose of forest floor, mineral and cherry. Deep cherry, oak, with earthy forest flavors and slight minerality. Long finish with low-medium acidity.

Fresh and balanced; this is summer in a glass. A light yellow gold color with a silky texture, no sediment, and fast legs. First nose is crisp with tree fruits and a hint of citrus - apple, pear, and a little lemon. Flavor palaette is is similar - pear, apple, lychee, honey, and a hint of citrus. This is light, low acidity, and perfect as an aperitif. Will be purchasing more for summer.
