This sample was given to me. Tannins are resolved to the point of almost nonexistent. A fair amount of acid with what little fruit was dark and baked. Cherries leather and tobacco leaf. Darn yummy but I wish I had some food with it. — 6 days ago

Relatively deep color. Rich nose of dark and red berries, along with dried cherry and dry plowed gravelly earth. Mouthfilling and soft, it’s straightforward and quite satisfying. Some soft tannin prevents it from feeling too fat. Acids are soft.
