Blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Chenin Blanc and 10% Mauzac, pale lemon color, fine bubbles with a light creamy mousse and aromas of fresh stone fruit with floral and biscuit scents, spent 12 months on its lees. On the palate flavors of crisp apple, citrus and peachy flavors with nice mineral tones, dry with vivid acidity.
