This I also had a few days ago the 2018 La Playa Axel Maipo Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from Peralillo, Chile. This wine is a blend of 93%Cabernet Sauvignon, 4%Syrah and 3%Carménère.

On the nose is cherry, raspberry, menthol, strawberry jam, herbaceous notes, licorice and wood.

On the palate there is blackberry, black cherry, smokey charred bell pepper, mint, black currant and licorice.
