What a beautiful wine. Tasting wonderful right now. Excellent fruit with blackberries and currants. Leather and dried herbs. A bit of tobacco, but imtye tannins are really well integrated and make for a pleasant sip. It is mouthwatering strawberries and earth in the finish. Maybe a hint of cacao. Really nice. On first few sips it reminded me of a spicy, more tannic Beaujolais, but with air developed much more tobacco, cedar box, some dust, dried cherries, and a big bunch of herbs. Need to drink more of this. — 6 years ago
