Cantina di Gambellara ‘Monopolio’ Pinot Nero 2019: Light. Clean. Smooth. Nice balance. Young flavors. Bright red cherry & red berries. Hints of oak, white pepper & spice. All in all, this was a pleasant, easy-drinking wine that will offer more excitement & depth in the years to come; that’s why I am happy to be sitting on a 2017 vintage for future consumption! Happy Friday to all! Cheers🍷 — 5 years ago

Sweeter, but not too sweet — 10 years ago
Not normally a big fan of the stickier stuff, though this is one of the most incredible sweet wines I've ever had the pleasure of trying. So much vibrancy, big acid. BUT 2/3 bottles we opened were acetic as fuck- completely volatile, so I'll worry each time I go to open one. — 11 years ago
2024/1/3. Blend of recioto and vendemmia tardiva from 2003-2008. Cloudy amber. Caramel and raisins with bright juicy acidity balancing the sweetness nicely. — 2 years ago
Vinebox - Garganega - super yum. Clean yet still smooth, flavorful taste. Mineral/Slate — 3 years ago
