My fondness for Silla Sebaste grows with each glass. This is my first Bussia from this producer and it’s approachable on opening and opens up even more over several hours. Pronounced floral and cherry nose. Mouth watering cherry and other dark fruits, spices, and add a little smoke and leather from front to mid palate. The moderate lingering tannins start to take over late palate and dry the mouth through the finish. Wonderful experience with a lot going on. — 5 years ago
Crisp. Lemony. Snappy acid. Very good. Stony and minerally. With food, strong notes of lime. — 3 years ago
We both loved it, even LW, who mostly doesn’t enjoy Sangiovese. — 3 years ago

Very crushable, floral, bright from commune of Barbaresco. 20% arneis white, 80% nebbiolo. 12% alc. too sweet for my taste in a rosso due to the white blend, prefer 100% nebbi but this is a fun porch pounder. — 3 months ago
