We had the 2021 Vintage on 1/29-30/26. A real good PN with darker tones. Black cherry, black raspberry and cardamom. Smooth, medium bodied, nice mouthfeel. Tannins all smoothed out. Fruit forward — 4 months ago

A highly perfumed nose evokes fresh honeydew melon Meyer lemon pear nectar and white flowers and a smoky mineral nuance builds as the wine opens up. Sappy concentrated and incisive on the palate offering intense citrus and orchard fruit flavors and chamomile and saffron flourishes. Smells like great California Pinot. Tastes and feels like it. Carries me into the dark dark goth night of Pinot NOIR of vineyards named “Sleepy Hollow” which is great for the day I’m recommending it for (stay tuned).
