Nicely balanced acidity. Shows a nice complexity while being light on the palate. Dominate citrus flavor with white stone fruit, minerality, lemon and delicate flower water. Definitely for lighter/mid fish and seafood — 3 months ago

Structure is on point: high acidity, long finish, full mouthfeel. Flavors are a jumbled mess though. Bruised fruit is primary. Clean up some of that and this would be fire. — 8 months ago
