Prima volta per un occhio di pernice, tipico di Bouzy, 100% pinot nero della montagna di Reims, color rame spettacolare, bolla molto fine, persistente, da mangiare. Palate has dried lemon, candied pineapple, warm clementine orange wedge, peach skin, dehydrated peach, wet sand, medium acidity and finish.

This bottle is in a nice spot today, but not up to par with the Ch. La Rame (outstanding showing) today.

$14 Jul 2015; buy and cellar inexpensive Bordeaux Blanc, be very happy later when the acidity settles...
