Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2021 “Les Procès” pours a light ruby with a transparent core; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing and Holy Stem Inclusion Batman! This has some pretty strawberry mixed with a whole pine forest, dried green herbs, forest floor and soft baking spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannins and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and fresh. Drink now through 2036. — 2 years ago
Really enjoyed for the price and balance and tannins. Not a bold taste, but a good fall wine — 5 years ago

Grass and tree like aroma. At first, light body but it is changing into mid. Deep. Strawberry. Not so sweet, good balanced with spicy, acidity, tanning. Complexity. 1.5 hours body is still increasing. It is better for a few people to enjoy how it changes. @3150, T Enoteca - XH , 190324-190703 — 7 years ago
Rich and dark but very soft and voluptuous. Dark red fruit. Easy drinking. — 9 years ago

Dinner sans Kris as she’s busy chaperoning interns… stopped by Watsons and randomly grabbed this wine before dinner and Blu House as they are still BYOB… turned out to be a great bottle of wine that was light/refreshing/easy to drink….will make sure to leave kris a glass to taste whenever she gets back.. also need to order some more to have at the house! As for dinner, pasta and ossobuco was delicious… will come back.. when it comes to dessert, I wanted to take the gelato in a cone for takeaway and they were adamant that I shouldn’t bc it would melt too quickly…I final won the argument and ended up getting extra gelato! Will save that for Kris as well. — 4 years ago
Nose of violet and oak is very nice. I like this smell gorgeous. The acid is impressive but not too much.

Medium rubi robe, nose of dark cherries, anise and a hint of blackcurrant. Very spicy in the mouth, good fruit and polished tannins on a medium bodied and very pleasant red burgundy. Not many options of this quality and at this price point. — 6 months ago
Elegant Grand Crú in a fav restaurant in Paris - Le Cinq at George V . This 2009 is just beginning a magical phase that will last another 40 years — 3 years ago
My first fumin. Dark fruit, earth, spice, leather. For a wine that was 6 years old, it still had a remarkable Alpine freshness to it that I found to be very exciting. Will definitely try others! 90% Fumin, 10% Syrah. 8/14/22. — 4 years ago
Aromatic candy - perfumed orange blossom and honey jasmine tea. Smells sweet.
A big Moscato - voluptuous and a textural sensation - is it syrupy? Is it just the alcohol (14.5%)? Is it fatty? Is it acidic? It’s all of these at once.
I had a hard time understanding whether this was actually sweet or just aromatically suggestive of sugary things. I still don’t have my mind made up.
Goes down a little hot. Extremely honeyed - then orange and passion fruit and bitter grapefruit before a long exit. — 5 years ago
Earthy scent of powerful mushroom. Incedibly light bodied with silky texture.
Can't describe the non-fruity, but sweet notes (maybe some strawberry and pear mixed in), followed by a smoky, spicy finish. — 7 years ago

No specific notes but excellent wine with the typical vinification of whole clusters for at least part of the harvest. Again excellent. — 5 months ago
