Quite good. At Keens.

Nice and dry but not bitter. Delicious at Keens. — 5 years ago
Just a fantastic wine. Deep fruit with both primary and secondary characteristics. Intense nose. Long finish with just enough structure / acid to hold it together. Really singing - no need to wait longer. Can't imagine a better pairing with a mutton chop at Keens, it was perfect. — 9 years ago
It's bill's 32nd birthday and we're at Keens eating steak and mutton and this is the least tannic wine on the list (supposedly) and I'm glad I wore a loose dress. — 9 years ago
Ridiculous. Universal wows at the table. Structure, great flavor, no tannins. Cherry cola was pronounced for a bit. Decanted for 20 minutes. At Keens Steakhouse. — 10 years ago
What a wonderful wine. Jumped at this when I saw it on the list at Keens for less than retail (if you can find it). The nose is just so deep - like a ripe forest full of wonderful fruits and earth. Had the tannins and acid to stand up to the steak, would not have guessed it was 14 years old other than the somewhat slightly deep raisin fruit note.
Lots of earth and moss on the finish. Just delicious. What a treat. Have looked to buy Pialade many times and just can’t find it - fun one to have. — 2 years ago
Drank at Lum, Vaison La Romaine with Keens and Pigeons. I excellent body, good balanced acidity. — 4 years ago
Bit of a bolder expression than I prefer for barbaresco in general, but still a very nice wine - especially with beautifully charred steaks at dear old Keens steakhouse. Lots of cherry leaps from the glass. Tannins with some air balance out, but could certainly bear waiting a few more years at least. Mouth filling with great acid and a nice finish. — 6 years ago
Man. Sometimes this guy hits it so far out of the park that you don't even know where you are. This has all of the interstellar power of Raveneau with a pure poetry all Dauvi's own. HONEY for days, lovely spice on the nose and a very long finish. Thank you! Post Keens — 9 years ago

Just a knockout wine. Phenomenal nose and great fruit. Drinking well now but would age for a long time. Not hot at all despite the 15.9 abv. Great great. At Keens.

Really a fantastic well aged Barolo. Vintage giacosa in a very meaningful way. A little bricking at the rim, deeply aromatic. In perfect shape with the age. Tannins still there but perfectly integrated. Great fruit and acid. An excellent pairing with prime rib and dry aged porterhouse at Keens. — 7 years ago

Nice 100% Malbec from Cahors. Always thought that to be Cahors, had to include 30% of Merlot and/or Tannat. Good weight and mouthfeel, slightly silky but with enough acidity that it wasn't velvety. Dark fruits on the palate, and a bit sweet. Had with the mutton chop at Keens. — 9 years ago
After the stewed fruit blew off, came together well. Almost had some Bordeaux quality, with a bit of leather and maybe cedar. Fruits not overly pronounced but nice. At Keens Steakhouse. — 10 years ago

Pretty down the middle Nebbiolo from a riper year. Nice overall with good dark fruit and classic Nebbiolo tar / leather but overall impression was a bit lighter than I expected - even with no decant. Nice enough with steaks at Keens but wouldn’t order again. — 2 years ago
