100% Chenin, sur la rive de la Loire, un vin tendu qui semble plein d'énergie et de potentiel. Impressionnant quand même et qui semble fait pour la garde. On goûte le chêne utilisé pour son vieillissement, ce qui arrondit la texture. Un grand vin pour de garde? Ce vin a été ouvert dans mon réfrigérateur pendant une semaine - je l'ai dégusté pendant plusieurs jours et il s'est amélioré, signe d'un grand potentiel, mais c'est déjà une très belle expérience maintenant, — 5 years ago
