Silvery/Light Gold color. Aromas and flavors of ripe pear, passion fruit and gooseberry. Nice and spicy on the finish with a touch of minerality. Very fruit forward. Missing the usual/noticeable herbal and grassy notes typically found in California Sauvignon Blanc. Rich and fleshy texture along with extremely vibrant acidity.
