What an interesting wine. 100% Sauvignon Blanc that is vinified in Brooklyn, NY from North Fork, Long Island fruit. This is a skin fermented white. Straw golden in color, but an orange wine in style. Lovely aromas and flavors of peach, grapefruit and ginger. Beautifully funky all the way through! Sharp acidity and a lingering finish. Each sip makes you want more. What a pleasant surprise. Thanking Kylie for the bottle and suggesting that Kasey share this one with me. — 2 years ago
Dry red with good nose and fruity. Good length. Had it at Nick’s Taverna in Brambleton, VA. — 5 years ago

Abe La Geante 2016. 1/3 skin contact Chard stopped me in my tracks when tasting at Red Hook. NYE birthday treat for myself. — 4 years ago
Yum! Colors are amazing burgundy, like a very attractive rose. Initial smells very fresh to the cherry. Initial taste a lot of herbs and spice. Flavors dark with a lot of tannin. No mouthful... but it is soo spicy. Very complex. Barely to no aftertaste. 14.8 alcohol. — 5 years ago

Great red blend. Really jammy and rich. Needs lots of time to breathe. Better the second day. Maybe decant this if you’re planning on drinking the whole thing in one night? — 4 years ago
