Nice Sparkling Rose’ made from Chardonnay (65%) and Pinot Nero (35%). Ages up to 30 months on the lees which develops nice body and a creamy texture. Salmon colored with clear notes of wild berries, rose petals, apples and tropical fruit. Structured, crisp and smooth with well placed acidity on the finish.
