Aromas & Flavors
Lively citrus, lime zest, and grapefruit upfront, layered with hints of passionfruit, gooseberry, and fresh herbs. As it opens, subtle tropical undertones of pineapple and guava appear, with a clean mineral streak running through.

Mouthfeel
Crisp and refreshing, medium-bodied with vibrant acidity. The texture balances brightness with a touch of roundness on the back palate, giving it more weight than a simple quaffer.

Color of saturated ruby with a mix of purple shades. Nose of vanilla, dried strawberries, hickory, dark ripe fruits in general, and a bit oak. Nose is round and refined. Taste of smoke acidity, ripe dark skin grape, cherry tobacco, mineral, sweetness from fruits and vanilla, a bit minty and zesty. Quite chewy and mouthful, very Syrah like. Aftertaste is medium long with sweet and zest note and backbone of tannins. I think she is pretty decent. — 6 years ago
