First Slovenian Pet Nat! Woot!
Lite & tasty notes of Golden fruit, honey, stones, floral, apricot nectar with a lemon twist. Similar notes on the nose.
Slight haze, some loose lees notable.
Eager bubbles, heard the bottle pop from other room. Crown cap with plastic stopper underneath. Good stream bead and saturation.
13% ABV
If you are in the SF Bay Area, highly recommend pairing with Dish n’ Dash Chicken Shawarma Wrap; Jerusalem Style (Hummus/Eggplant/Cauliflower). Good pairing synergy.

There are some aged Riesling characteristics here, like the petrol and pine notes. A bit tropical but has a creamy profile that I like. — 8 years ago

Aroma starts to open it up after 30 min opening. Intense aromas of Tabacco, grilled mandarine orange, red tea bag. Very complex on the nose. Med p body, med acid, moderate tannin with hint of spice, structured and masculin wine that can go well with grilled thin steak-(simply cooked with olive oil and rosemary).
