This Chilean Pinot Noir offers a nose that is heavy with cola, black tea and coffee grounds. The savory aromas actually outweigh the fruit. It is a medium-weight wine, not very deeply tinted, and it rides light on the palate. The acidity is brisk and the tannins firm. This is not a Burgundian take on the grape, for certain. It is more playful than elegant, more rustic than beautiful.

Drank with Chris and Cara during risotto night. Very big sauce bland. Went well with fennel and pomegranates in salad. — 8 years ago
I see that this wine didn't get a very good rating, but, although I'm not white drinker, I found this to be both unique and lovely. I smell and taste both pineapple and musk melon. The melon component is something that I cannot ever remember tasting in a Sauvignon Blanc. The acidity of the grape gives it a clean finish. — 9 years ago

Thick, rich, some barnyard smell, red fruits on palate, some herbs, pleasant acidity, soft tannins, but somehow it tastes very alcoholic. Becomes more interesting with every sip you take. — 9 years ago

Очень крутой нос: Вечерний летний сад после проливного дождя. Мокрые кусты смородины и горький крыжовник. Сильный и сладкий, переливчатый и многослойный.
Рот- очень вкусный СБ с отличным балансом, не жидкое, не тяжёлое, не простое, но и не излишне сложное для восприятия.
