Hi @Dave Top of Sheraton Hotel and great views of HK, lived there for 6 years and regularly visit. My best Morton’s story happened in San Francisco when my then teenage son took on the challenge of eating kilo porterhouse and you got a second serving free, I had to restrain him from devouring a third, he’s now 6’ 7” and a big fellow - Morton’s always had a good wine list. That's great! I lived in the Philippines for about 18 years, and in the 1980's, Hong Kong was a favorite vacation destination. Toys R Us, apples, milk, Cadbury chocolate... of course the Philippines has modernized and now there's a Starbucks on every corner. Last time I was on Nathan Street was around 10 years ago, and I'd love to go back. Sounds like you knew how to grow a big boy! Lots of protein 😅 Cheers!

@David White Chateau Reynella produces probably Australia’s best Vintage Port. I have been consuming them for several decades. Not sure if they make their way to the UK.

Well integrated tannins, nice rich berry nose and great balance fruit and acidity on the palate. At eight years has still time to mature more but showing it’s there for the long run.

Last of the my Mohicans, but at 10 yrs everything is balanced and integrated with smooth silky tannins. Tricky cork extraction but I wouldn’t recommend leaving it too long before you drink this vintage.
It’s terrific when you find a wine that is really singing and hitting the high notes
