On the nose, this Kosher red blend (85% Bobal, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon) is earthy and mushroomy with hints of dark plum, dark cherries, and smoke. Old world in style, the wine still shows vitality and I would think it has some 4 years of life left. Medium-bodied, plenty of acid, gripping tannin (but not astringent) in the forward-sides and front of the tongue. — 9 years ago
