Surprisingly good (for the price) supertuscan. Had this wine at the recommendation of a friend of the vineyard owner, and had misgivings that it was a biased recommendation, but it exceeds all expectations. Very solid heavy berry fruits, peppery hints, taste lingers well after the gulp. For the price, I think this hits all the right notes. — 11 years ago
