42% Syrah, 29% Grenache, 29% Mourvèdre is the blend. Always a fan. — 5 years ago
18.5 very special. Such a complete wine, rich but not cloying, very long. Perfect with Stilton. But even better by itself. — 6 years ago
Light fruit aroma, intense deep nearly opaque purple, jammy and thick with notes of raspberry and strawberry. Delicious. — 2 years ago
Liked it. Smooth. Not as good as Zenayda Wallflower but still good. Would buy again. — 5 years ago
A hot tub and a cool wine...pop and pour. A wondrous inky ruby red. On the nose: blue fruit, plum, wet leaves, dried herbs. Taste: blueberry, spice, minerals....a rich mouthfeel leading to a black cherry vanilla medium finish with some slightly grippy tannins. — 6 years ago

Blind Tasting Reds 2/13/21, wine 3. Dark red/garnet, vegetal and herby aromas dominate, medium high acid and tannins. — 5 years ago

Tasted a 100% Marsanne from the producer not long ago, and it’s good to taste a 100% Roussanne bottling.
Nose is more aromatic than Marsanne with apricot, honeysuckle, beeswax, green mango with grassy undertone. Interestingly there is also a very light petrol note just like the Marssane. Medium body with bright citrus acidity. Alcohol feels a bit elevated even if it’s only 12.5% abv. Finish is clean wth decent length. Quite nice overall. — 7 months ago
