Ruby coloured, clear wine. Dry with medium body. It has flavours of ripe fruits, cherry, raspberry and notes of vanilla and chocolate. A well balanced wine, it has a lingering finish.
Tempranillo grape is not widely grown in India and Charosa Vineyards is one of the few wineries in India which grows this grape and makes a wine with aplomb.
You can pair it with mildly Chicken kebabs or Pindi Chole -- mildly spiced. — 9 years ago
