Rich with white peach, Mandarine peel, a sweet oak. Quite seductive yet retaining some freshness.
On the palate this is medium bodied, poised and brilliantly balanced with fresh acidity. White, succulent peach, nicely integrated wood, a salty, mineral core underneath.
This is quite complex, better with rich fish vs hits d’oeuvres or sipping. — 5 years ago
