@Pinotman /// Andreas i feel like Swiss Pinot Noir is where German Spatburgunder was about 15 years ago. Finding its own voice and also becoming a little riper with climate change.

A charming PN quite typical of Swiss Valais. Light ruby color with a beautiful shine. Nose: red fruit a little spicy. Lively mouth strawberry, raspberry, licorice, with a beautiful aromatic extraction/concentration. A wine that is both light, fresh, with fine and gouleyant tannins, and length in the mouth A nice treat to serve a little refreshed.

Un charmant PN assez typique du Valais Suisse. Robe rubis légère au bel éclat. Nez fruit rouge un peu épicé. Bouche vive fraise, framboise, réglisse, avec une belle extraction aromatique, de la concentration. Un vin à la fois léger, frais, avec des tanins fins et gouleyant, et de la longueur en bouche Une belle gourmandise à servir un peu rafraîchi. — 3 years ago
