Dark Ruby color. Mild dryness up front. Then a soft cherry and raspberry in the middle. Then a quick sweet Cherry finish. — 2 years ago
Sweet grapes at first approach. Raspberry and dried cherries at plateau. Medium to full bodied, moderate tanins. Nice smooth taste, feels like a much more expensive. Just tiny bit much sugar in 2020 vintage. Very good to have it itself or to accomplish fatty cheases. Also one of my favorite to have as a digestive for a good company to enjoy the raciness. — 2 years ago
Impressive. Immiddiate notes of cherry vanilla and sweet tobacco, a bit of complexity, and earthy notes of leather with a slight hint of bbq smoke. 2014 drinking well in 2020, if a bit early. Tannins soften after a hour or 2 decant. Medium to full bodied for a Brunello. 4.1/9.0 — 6 years ago

A little spritzy surprise! Sweetish and not syrupy. — 10 years ago
Nuts, muscat, reach strawberries, light tobacco sweets in aroma. Black currant, strawberries, cranberries it mouth. Balanced, medium bodied wine, medium to low tanins, very drinkable. Great for dried meat, hard cheese with herbs. Have got a 2016 vintage at 2024. — 2 years ago

Bought at my liquor. Smooth — 6 years ago
This is a beautiful wine! Evidently the Nero D’avola grape is the most important grape in Sicily. Why have I never tried this before? It’s a full bodied wine with a wonderful lingering taste of plum. Will definitely be drinking more of this in the future. Paired this wine with a fresh veggie/shrimp pasta plate. The Wine Cellar - Boynton Beach, FL — 8 years ago

Nice balanced sangiovese. Dense and relatively rich for this price range. Good middle segment wine. No surprise, no regrets. — 9 months ago
