This is well done new world Syrah. Deep purple, almost black It is warm & high in alco and fruity (black fruit, black cherries but also it has some earthy suede blackberries notes (like old world wines) - not boring and flabby (although acidity is just medium (-), for sure it went under MLF, tannins are soft and silky. Full bodied wine which should last for some years from now - but it’s definitely ready to drink now. Cheers — 9 years ago

Wednesday night winner. It’s got a alco punch but doesnt taste it at all! It’s like a light bodied fine juice you want your 18 month old to try (but obvs wouldn’t for the booze reasons)
