Obvious passion fruit aromas with a hint of capsicum. Light bodied with tropical fruit flavours and noticeable acidity. This was the Marlborough Sauv Blanc which ,37 years ago started the world wide New Zealand Sauvalanche. Very much a crowd pleaser.

Green grass, grapefruit, lemon rind, gooseberry, and asparagus. On the palate, minerality, slate, unripe apple and saline. Simply beautiful!
