Dry. Flavors of cherry, raspberry, vanilla, cinnamon, licorice, floral, hint of herbal on the finish. Medium-rich, velvety tannins. Wow!

This was high on my lists of must-haves. A PX Blanc. Quite nice and dry. Harvested a high elevation to bring out the dryness. Above my head but it works and is a ton of fun to experience. If tasted blind, my mind might go to Bordeaux Blanc...maybe. — 11 years ago
