Just a stunning bottle of wine. The nose leaps out of the glad with bright, clearly defined mid season cherries. Gorgeously elegant and earthy with mineral notes that are so utterly refined you can almost smell the vines in that Alpine air. Wild flowers, so intense and pure. So supple and juicy with unreal juuuust almost not quite but barely sweet fruit which no one does like Adank. The most supple and velvety texture and finishes so delicately mineral it’s whispering.
