Good wine and the acidity was nicely balanced, but this probably needs another year or two to show the best qualities. Everything is there, just needs a little more time in the bottle. Pretty nice wine for now, better in the future — 9 years ago

The nose is full of floral ripe berries with sweet ripe blackberries on the palate with a hint of cinnamon and tobacco. This wine also shows great use of oak. This is in a great place right now and for what is considered an "off" vintage, I'm not sure I could ask for more. — 10 years ago

Superb wine! Loads of dark fruits to start but this wine settles into an extremely appealing mineral and herb finish. This is one is drinking great right now and has many years ahead. — 10 years ago

Showing fantastic tonight! Fruit was pronounced and fed into soy and earth in the middle. I would not have ordered this vintage on my own, thinking was not ready, but the som was pretty excited by it, and I see why now. — 9 years ago
