Ingelheim Weissburgunder

I love the nose on this. Tremendous purity of juicy orchard fruit, just a hint of wet straw and clean stony minerality. Crisp and zesty on entry, lots of crisp, juicy fruit and then the zingy acids and stony minerals kick in. I’d like a bit depth in the back half of the palate and length, but this was so cheap, how can I gripe about that?

Fresh and nicely done. Loads of bright, nose-tingly acids infuse the fruity nose. Gorgeous yellow fruit, a little straw, and some crushed rock dust. Bone dry and refreshing in the mouth. Ripe, bright fruit and stone in equal measure.

Crunchy medium bodied Pinot Blanc. Floral and citrus nose, quince floral citrus saline notes. Nervousness subsided after 30 minutes of air. A gem.
