Direct Press Rosé:
Nose: sharp citrus. Beautiful and floral.
Palate: intense acid. Very fruit forward, and light sipper. Not for everyone, but that acid works for me.

Loads of sediment, metallic, rhubarb, 'fat and flat' across the tongue, cloying finish. Would not recommend
