A luscious sauvignon blanc that has heavy similarities to a chardonnay. Lots of depth and flavors. Off the nose, it has earthy and lots of mineral notes, almost like gravel. The floral notes hides the alcohol content. Slightly spicier than other sauvignon blancs, or some characterize that as bitter, but finishes smooth, medium sweet and rich. Not dry and bone crisp like typical sauvignon blancs. Let it open up a bit after opening before imbibing to really enjoy the basket of notes.
