Apple, lemon curd, honey, oak, butterscotch, vanilla and slate. Great acidity and balance.

Pinot blanc, pinot gris, aligote. Full malo and two years NFO. Over the top? Maybe a bit, but in the ABSOLUTE best way.

Taste Luke a Chardonnay but it's not a Chardonnay. Great body, and rich, thick texture.

Holy shit.

Only thing missing with this beauty is Jim - such a nice wine!

age this one. rich, spicy with classic Clendenen/Sta Barara acidity
