In my mind you can’t go wrong with a Beau Rivard, I mean, Beau Vigne. Amazing abundance of tropical and citrus flavors married to a wonderful minerality and acidity. This wine is like standing on the corner of First and First (you Seinfeld fans will get that) - it’s the Nexus of Old and New World - love this Chard @Martin G Rivard !!!

Limbering up for Florida this weekend, and what a way to warm up the old taste buds.
The signature of this wine has Bacigalupi all over it. Precise, concentrated notes of grapefruit, lemon and a hint of brioche. On the palette, the wine is mineral-driven. Nervy and tensely balanced, with bright acidity. We are guessing that this example sees neutral oak. Finishes with flint, peaches and citrus notes. Wifey was looking for a touch more sweetness (93). This is high-end Chablis in my mind (94), hence the tension. A stunning example, thanks again to Santa Rivard for this classic example. 🙂

Tropical fruits galore mix with a creamy and smooth texture. Great acidity that is making this go so well with food at the moment. Very balanced. And the nose is incredibly aromatic - honey, pineapple, melon - what a treat @Martin G Rivard

The floral and tropical notes jump out of this glass! The palate is full of melon, peach, honeydew. A creamy inviting mouth feel. No rough edges (30 min decant). The flow between light acidity, fruit and oak👍 ! I want to thank Martin for the bottle. We loved it!!@Martin G Rivard Your the Best!
