Apples, pears, and a little peach, with low to medium acidity, and some salty, chalky minerality. Long finish. This has the right elements of Chablis, but all of them are just a little weak. The bouquet, acidity, and minerality are just not quite strong enough. It’s inexpensive but doesn’t drink above its price. Maybe not even at it.
