Estate Eola - Amity Hills Pinot Noir

It is Saturday night and it is raining outside. What better way to enjoy a rainy night then opening up a Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. I have opened the 2013 Bethel Heights Estate Pinot Noir to enjoy while watching some hockey.

Upon opening, fresh red fruit is ever present with cherry, strawberry, cranberry, vanilla, roe petal, mushroom and light earth.

The first sip is mineral driven with good red fruit, cherry, cranberry, raspberry, pomegranate, mushroom and a nice earthy forest soil.

This wine is well balanced with a medium body mouth feel, medium to + acidity, medium smooth rounded tannins and a fresh vibrant medium long finish. Continue having a great weekend and be safe. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷

Bright vibrant cherry and raspberry with subtle spices, earthy notes and truffle. Very well balanced between acidity and tannins. This wwne was incredible!
