L'Antico Portofino Çimixà

Italian grape Cimixa. Good acidity and minerality but rounder than Albariño or Sauv blanc. Great with seafood.

Salty and pithy. Hints at fruit but more about rocks. Good length.

Toes the line between being actually engaging and just another italian white. Satisfying weight, but pretty ho-hum aromatically.

Coastal white with ripeness and minerality. Good structure and acidity. Great with food. Perfect with seafood but has enough body for heavier dishes.
