Made from traditional Champagne grapes (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier), this sparkler has a fruit forward, dry pallet, that's crisp and refreshing. I found the body a bit richer than traditional NV champagnes, but the low residual sugar (1%) kept the wine dry and refreshing.
