Amazing! Just as good as chateau Fontaine — 5 years ago
Outstanding! This is a fantastic example of what can be done in Michigan. Full as dry with smoothness. A must drink in the summer. — 6 years ago
Very good white. Sweet but not head ache sweet, got to love that! — 7 years ago
This bone-dry Michigan Riesling is a mineral-driven wine. Light golden in color, it has a nose of citrus peel and a wet driveway. The aromas aren't terribly complex, but as Spencer Tracy said, “What’s there is cherce.” On the palate there are flavors of lemon and lime with a chalky minerality. Acidity is almost racy, certainly zippy enough to handle a sandwich or salad. The finish is lengthy and reminiscent of an older vintage Riesling, quite nice. — 7 years ago
Lots of body and minerality. Excellent summer drink — 4 years ago

Nice! Not as dry as expected. Just as delicious as Nice red. — 6 years ago
Exceptional Michigan wine. Sweet Pear skin, apricot on the nose with a mellow but pine, white flower taste with dry finish. — 7 years ago
This wine is made from the grape of Beaujolais, Gamay, but grown on Michigan’s Old Mission Peninsula. It has a medium ruby hue and smells of the earth. Coffee and tea notes dance across dark fruit on the nose and palate. Acidity is quite fresh and the finish lasts a good while. Just another fine bottle from a state that really needs to get more recognition for its wines. — 7 years ago
Classic Riesling, tangy lime acidity clean crisp finish and holding up exceptionally. — 2 years ago
Black Star Farms ‘Arcturos’ Dry Riesling 2019: Light acidity. Bright fruit. Clean & refreshing taste. Apple. Pear. Apricot. Citrus. Stone. Crisp, off-dry finish. All in all, a beautiful & surprising Riesling from the great state of Michigan. So surprised I had to bring back to my hotel room! Happy Sunday! Cheers🍷 — 4 years ago
We're not big fans of sparkling wines but really liked this one. Pear and apricot notes; very refreshing and not too sweet. — 6 years ago
Medium dry, high acidity, medium bodied. Old gold color. Flavors of yellow peach, apricot and a hint of citrus. Nose opens with petrol. As it breathes, white flowers, honey and toasted almonds. Bought at the winery. Really impressed with how well this aged. — 6 years ago
Great balance between sweet and dry. — 7 years ago
