I love this wine. This still wine echoes its bubbly cousin Cava in several ways; the beautiful rich, old gold color and the nutty, yeasty nose. It had a really long full finish loaded with burn caramel. This is the perfect wine for Thanksgiving dinner.

Racy acidity, gravel, Mayer lemon, tangerine, slightly yellow peach and apricot, slightly touch of oak. 50% Albillo, 50% macabeo. Doesnt show a lot of perfumed aromas of jasmine and honey.
