Really nice, some substantial tannins still but nicely mellow and balanced. Cherry, cedar, old leather, some earthiness, a little roasted red pepper too, maybe. Nicely complex, but not too big.

A wonderfully delightful blend! I thought it would be light but it had a great smell and a flavor to match. Full bodied, very nice!
